The problem

A set of ornate iron table legs had no top, and an off-the-shelf top would have looked bolted on rather than made for them.

What Gary did

Gary built the top from hardwood with a green-into-blue resin pour running through it, then levelled and polished the surface to a flat gloss and matched the finished top to the existing painted ironwork.

The result

A table that keeps the character of the original iron base, with a one-off top that reads as a single piece of poured glass over wood.
