How to describe something you cannot describe

You do not have to. Send a photo of the space or the thing, and a sentence about what you want to be different. That is enough to start almost every project in the list above.

It is genuinely more useful than a careful written description, because the constraints that decide whether something is possible — what is next to it, how much room there is, what it is attached to — are all visible in the photo and rarely mentioned in the description.
